For your protection, we have complaint handling procedures in place to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly and promptly. We endeavour to acknowledge any customer complaint, in writing, within 2 business days after the date on which the complaint has been received by the Company. We endeavour to provide either (i) the Company’s final response to the complaint or (ii) an interim response, informing you of an indicative timeframe within which you may expect to receive a formal reply, within 20 business days after the date on which the complaint is received by the Company. You may wish to reach out to us again if you do not hear from us by the end of this period.
