Singapore – September 11, 2024 – True Global Ventures (TGV) Opportunity Fund, a global technology equity venture capital firm, has announced an investment of USD 8.3 million in Jus Mundi, a leading legal AI company, as part of a USD 22 million Series B funding round. The investment aims to support the growth of Jus Mundi’s newly launched Jus AI, a generative AI assistant designed to enhance research and productivity for legal professionals worldwide.
The USD 22 million funding round, one of the largest for a European legal tech company, was co-led by True Global Ventures Opportunity Fund and Germany-based Acton Capital, with participation from existing investors, France-based C4 Ventures and US-based FJ Labs (Fabrice Grinda and Jose Marin). This strategic investment will enable Jus Mundi to further develop its AI capabilities, expand its reach beyond the 80 countries it currently serves, and strengthen its R&D teams.
